Help -- possible foreclosure here/losing house. Will landlords rent to you if you have a recent foreclosure??

Help, I am in a authentic jam. I am losing my house. I bought a house specifically a lemon and have spent a small fortune trying to hold up with adjectives the repairs. I am trying to sell right very soon but if it doesn't sell pretty soon I may hold to go into foreclosure.

If that happen I will have to rent. But I've never be in this situation formerly and am wondering -- I would like to budge to one of those big apartment complexes later on and find an apartment, like possibly sometime this summer or fall.

If you hold a recent foreclosure on your credit rating, will the apt. complexes rent to you?

My friends are going through a foreclosure.
The property hasn't been sold on the other hand.
They haven't recieved a Notice of Default or w/e
& it hasn't been posted on the residence.

or perchance even broker, SOME GUY, had their electricity switched into his first name while
they were still occupy the residence
He had her label switched as the primary at the So.Ca Edison
switching the power off.
She be home with an 11month old-fashioned and 19month old.
no phones or electricity for more at lowest 2 hours.
Is this legal?
The vindication was surrounded by the home owners name, & the information was current.
The SoCa Edison guy said the guy have multiple other houses under that nickname.
They got it switched fund on, but what else can this guy do?

Answers: W/O a notice of failure to pay your friends are NOT in foreclosure.

But, this is something else anyway. I do not know what, but the guard, or anyone, can not simply turn off her power.

Without conversation to the power company, who is pretty on the ball, it is tricky to say what happen. It sounds like some sort of fraud, but even afterwards I can not imagine the purpose of turning bad the power.
