Renting Real Estate Questions and Answers

Can a utility company force me to compensate a sea bill that previous owners vanished?

I just bought 5 acres surrounded by Oklahoma to move a modular home onto. The land have its own utilities already that is why I be so happy to find it and purchase it. Apparently the intact community had gotten hit next to some water bills a year or so ago. They adjectives say that they hadn't received a hose bill in years consequently all of a sudden they get water bills that be enormous. The neighbors said the citizens who I bought the land from enjoy not had any river since they got the bill a year ago because they couldn't afford the $15K sea bill, so they had to move their mobile home. Now the sea company says I hold to pay the bill surrounded by full before they will agree to me have any river. Is this legal? Unfortunately this is a rural hose down district and they are not governed by anyone so the attorney I spoke next to says he doesn't know if anything can be done nearly it. Does anyone out there know what I could do. I cannot possibly afford to bring out a loan that large lying on the one I just signed on.

Answers: Power and sea services can attach an agreement to land for extending services. You don't hold any choice as it is not paying for water or electricity but the nouns cost over the raw ground. But five acres is large adequate to drill your own well and clear your own septic. Piping over long roads is too costly. It is a real pick when the coop is that high. Unless in that is a real estate clause forbidding it.
tell to your town rep...there is a elected representatives agency that oversees utilities..

Answers: Also look into a reverse mortgage...they pay you and you retain the right to live surrounded by your house till you pass.

I wanna move out but...?

ok this my situation ... i want to move out on my own i have full time available job. make close to 300 somethin a week... i want to move to a 2 br apt.. rents like 700 how much money should i release b4 i finally move out??

Answers: generally when you rent they want two months shelter deposit including the first month..so basically 3 months rent you have need of to put down up front. I dont know what area you live and if you can in actuality find a 2 br apt for 700 that's NOTHING! I live in LA, California so apt around here are 1200-3000 a month..i'm sure you can digit it out i'm also planning to move out around august i've been positive (because i'm planning to go to academy fulltime) and i have as of in a minute about 10k..you want to receive sure you have a sanctuary net!
I recommend satisfactory that you feel that you enjoy a good plenty safety network financially speaking. And that really depends on where you live, how you tend to live (lavishly or frugally?), and the costs (of everything...miscellaneous bills, food, gas, etc.) where you are planning on living.

Really, if you are looking to move out, this is something you necessitate to be sitting down and trying to calculate on your own, because figure out your financial needs will one and only continue through natural life and I feel it substantial for a person to appropriate the responsibility themselves. People here doing that for you is not actually helping you swot to figure out what you are going to entail to succeed.
Most places want first, last months rent plus a deposit. Some will work next to you on the deposit. But you've also have to amount in Electricity deposit, Water deposit, Gas deposit if gas is needed. These swing from place to place. So you will have to hail as to find out. And if you want cable then you own to figure that contained by also.
lol
It would have help to know where you currently live (i.e., city/state/country), and I'm assuming that you are of the age of consent to sign official documents where you live, but right up front, you'd stipulation to be able to cover at smallest 2 months rent plus one month for rent, plus at least partially that for application fees, credit checks, security, etc, etc, etc. Then you'll stipulation to consider all the utilities you'll have need of to pay (e.g., one or more of the following: sports car and home insurance, electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, cable/dish, internet), and that's assuming that your credit history is adjectives, which, given your low income, may not be the case. So, if you're doing this simply to acquire away from the "old folks", I'd do some concrete re-thinking about it!
So you get 1200/mo. and rent is 700? That is a large chunk of your total income. When rent is greater than partly your income life is tough! Doesn't resign from much money at the end of the month for anything else...

You probably obligation at least 2500 to be sheltered , like someone said above.
