a Hud home is necessarily the same entity as a foreclosure.

Answers: Just remember if you don't pay the mortgage monthly you can lose the house.
You could dance FHA or My Community. A good loan officer can steer you right. I suggest Hometown Banc Corp. My mom used them. They may be your best opportunity for someone to articulate yes. If your credit does not measure up, they don’t simply “forget to telephone call you back.” They support you get into a credit repair program you can afford regardless of income. Check out the free evaluation form at www.totaldebtsolutionsllc.com and a Hometown loan officer will contact you .

If a rental house has radon and the landlord doesn't fix it, can the renters break their lease?

Answers: If the levels are high enough they could get sick and die! I can't imagine a judge not siding on the tenants side. Unsafe levels are above 4. Any idea what they are? If it were me I wouldn't be staying! My life or a lawsuit for a broken lease...that doesn't take much thinking!
you need to send a letter to your landlord requesting that they fix it.sign and date them and keep one for your file. Have them sign it too saying they have seen your request. Ask them about fixing it and tell them you aren't sure if you'll be able to stay if it isn't fixed. If you keep that for your records with their signature, it could help you with any future problems.

We make all renters sign an agreement with us when we do repairs to their house that way we have records that something has been fixed so they can use it against us later on down the road or when they move out and it's messed up again and want their deposit back.
