With foreclosures, does it makes a difference if was a rental property when trying to obtain a new mortgage?
Answers: I'm assuming you are asking as though the the owner of a rental (investment) property foreclosed on a home and is trying to purchase a new one. If that is the question, the answer is all foreclosures are treated the same. Primary, second home, rental.a foreclosure is a foreclosure and will likely deter the owner from qualifying for a new mortgage for 2-4 years. Hope this helps!

USPS revision of address online request for information?
HiThis is kind of complicated. I used to live contained by an apartment complex in Apartment no A1, but i moved to a shared house and chock-a-block out a change of address online next to USPS. I dont like it here and i am moving backbone to the same apartment complex but apartment number B1.
So can i still use one and the same service i used online and since this is a house i want only my e-mail forwarded to the new address, not adjectives the occupants.
So, Should i dance to the post office or do it online?
