Closing hours of daylight?

I am buying this condo as an investment property (tenant occupied paying $1150/monthly. The closing hours of daylight is approching. What are few things I should know before the closing date? For example, the fees I enjoy to pay?

Answers: Get a Good Faith Estimate from your lender. When you attain the the closing table ask to see the final Good Faith Estimate. If the two do not match up, own them (the lender) fix it. So often to ancestors in my strip of work screw customers over by promising rates and payments. If anything looks fishy or suspicious call them out. You will be responsible for these payments (investment property or not) and you should own to live with their mistakes :)
you should know your monthly sum and generally 24 hrs prior to closing you want to ask the title company for a copy of the HUD Settlement Statement. Be sure that you know all of the fees associated near the condo such as monthly HOA dues and their rules.
Congrats!

Do you still own to retribution income gain levy on the public sale of your home if you roll adjectives of it into a latest home?

In the state of california what is the percentage you must pay

Answers: That be the old days where on earth if you rolled the monies earned on the Dutch auction of a house into a new house no import tax

today if you live in the home for a term of two years within a five year extent each spouse have 250K I believe to be non taxable
None, unless the gain is above 600K.
Rollover is NONE.
you need to own the property for 2 years to avoid the federal property gains due but i would check with irs.gov to be clear on the expressions.

Husband and I looking to relocate to Fairfax, VA area-what are the best communities/cities to look at?

We need a community/city i.e. no more than about 30 miles from Arlington, VA. We are looking for family circle friendly areas and the best schools possible (our daughter have autism). Thanks for all of the assistance!

Answers: Try looking around Vienna, Herndon, Centreville. I'm not sure about Fairfax County college system, though.
Try "The Farm"... a very exclusive sub-division.
