How do you become an coup¨¦ loan broker or agent?
I am trying to find out information on how to become an car loan broker. I would close to to find out what are the pro's and con's of the business, and how do you go in the order of getting, licensed or certified in New York. The New York info is not critical but if anyone have any insights that would be great. Any help would be greatly appreciated..Answers: Start beside applying at a few banks or dealerships beside financing services.

A tenant can be evicted any time of the year. There are no exceptions during winter.
If you foreclose can they come after your second home?
Answers: They can place a lien for the rest of the money you did not repay, but they can not foreclose the home unless it is used for collateral.
We are getting ready to foreclose on our 1st home & our real estate attorney said they cannot come after our 2nd since it's not collateral. He told us not to worry about it.
