im gonna buy a top floor 6th fl. condo apt. the veranda is 53 sq. ft. since i'm on the top floor...there is no ceiling for my veranda. i want to enclosed it beside windows (that can be unequivocal or closed, preferably tainted) just approaching the pix i posted. the ceiling preferably be windows also so i can look up at the sky.
the pix i took is a building within mahattan. my condo is in brooklyn. so couple of question:
1. do i need concurrence from the condo board to do this? remember for those ppl that dont know what is a coop vs condo...i suggest u do ur research. condo is a property is a piece of property i own inside a building. so theoretically i should be capable of build it right?
2. or do i need to verbs about some city or state law that will prevent me from doing it?
3. it is even possible to build an enclosing nouns since my balcony doesn't enjoy a ceiling?
