Property or rental agent?

Do I need to budge for any kind of training or do I involve any certificates formerly I can explore in venture into this market?

Answers: Most states require licensure. Check beside your state to find out what license and/or experience you need.
Hiya,

I'm a Full-Time Property Agent so here go...

To be a agent, you must first join a broker agency to represent them for sale, marketing and transactions. Typically, they will give you an express training which will cost in the order of $500 which in some cases are re-fundable. Only criterial for most cases is attendance.

The subsequent level is to return with your CEHA (Certification Exam for Housing Agents) which makes you a broker. This is expendable but will equip you with deeper comprehension in the area.

Cheers
i guess you need to move about for the training, maybe you can scene 88db website and look for property agent training
