Has anyone ever purchased a house thats be poorly flipped.?

The only upgrade be the kitchen. And it wasn't really a good upgrade. The register price appears to be the cost of the "upgraded kitchen." It has also be on the market for more than 4 months. The home be purchased last year at 250K its on the souk for 290. But as I said before the upgrade be not successful. Would it be too shrewd to start my bid at 220 - 230 in a thin market or my best bet to pocket advantage of?

Answers: Not sure what you miserable by poorly flipped, except that the economy is unbelievably different than last year. Make an donate, it will likely be counter-offered. Owner may enjoy to settle for a 'short sale', meaning the mortgage company (unless owner owns 100%) will filch less than the amount gone on the mortgage.
Yes. Made a cheeky offer and it be accepted! Can't believe my luck.

My friend of late moved into an apartment and shes be their for 4 days and requests to know if she can break lease

The standard is to pay 1 months rent plus she get half sour the first month and half bad the deposit that shed have to wages typically if she broke the lease at this place, however I wondered if she really is going to have to take-home pay and loose all that money for living near for 4 days. Is there any directive that allows a person to conveyance their mind and break a lease within the first week or something? or is she only SOL

Answers: No, she needs to abide by her choices or foot the penalties.
Not one and only is she out the money she's already paid, she's responsible the ALL the rent for the occupancy of the lease.

She can't get out of it any more than the hotelier can demand she move after solitary 4 days.
She is big time SOL. Contrary to what some people regard, contracts for rentals have no right of rescission.
