Need rental application back.?
I am planning to rent my first apartment. I don't have any rental history. I've be living with my sister contained by her rented home, but my name is not on the lease, should I put down her landlord's autograph & # on my rental application since I lived with her?& if I shouldn't, do I basically leave that space blank?
Also, the application ask for any outstanding debt. Does that include the match on my credit card? (Which is NOT maxed out.)
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Answers: If you be paying rent to your sister, then conceivably you can put her information instead of the people she is renting from. If not, next just exit it blank. Outstanding debt includes all debt maxed out or not.
masses applications request bank acct information including your acct numbers..don't ever provide out numbers.they use that for future garnishment possibilities..
I'd use your sister's manager if you ask the landlord's permission so he/she isn't caught unmindful.
Does anyone know where on earth is a well brought-up place to move to? (in UK)?
maybe somewhere that's not too suburban but rather upbeat with youthful people. (not Brighton)Answers: You can't do better than London, if you can afford it, and soak up big cities.
Leeds is cheap, young and trendy. Edinburgh, York, Oxford and Cambridge are dazzling and full of old university charm.
Belfast, Londonderry or Antrim (N.Ireland)
Antrims probably best though.
the best place for a rentel house is probley west midlands its got the lowist rental houses contained by the uk wolverhampton
West, or, NW London.
depends on what money you want to spend.up north is better for your money, down south u get ripped sour BIG TIME.so i guess upnorth wood be the best place to live in england
I love Cornwall. A lot of tourists but adjectives people migrating around the Uk are made meet. Family moved down to Cornwall a few years ago and were made terrifically welcome. 3 kids age 7,11 and 14 and my auntie and uncle aged 30/40. Made deeply of friends especially 14 year old. When I run to visit near are lots of young ethnic group and a lot to do.

Theres a house thats have no lease down our block for 3 years presently, how do we amount out who owns it?
Our neighbors say that it be an old woman that owned it and shes in a elderly persons home very soon, but they don't know where. Were interested contained by buying it (its a duplex) and fixing it up etc. How do we figure out who owns it and how to contact them?Thank you
Answers: Go to your county levy assesors website, type in the address and it'll provide you next to the owners name, whether it's within default of property taxes, flea market value, renovations, etc. I don't deliberate that it'll provide you with a phone number, but you can other look up the name surrounded by the phone book and hope their number isn't unlisted.
You can also do this online. If you G00GLE 'property taxes' for your city, there should be an online salary area. Go to that, and it will ask for any the homeowners name, the address of the parcel number. Put contained by the address, and it might return the name. You can also see if the taxes hold been remunerated or if they're in arrears. If they're surrounded by arrears, after 5 years, the county will sell the property at auction, so you'll want to build sure it's before 5 years.
If you can't find the autograph this way, stir to the County Recorders office, and they'll hold it available for free.
If the tax is within arrears by a few years, you can pay rotten the arrearages, and may be able to bear possession of the property if no one else pays them. I know someone who get a house in this behaviour. Talk to a real estate attorney within your area and they'll give an account you exactly how to do it.
