how do i no if i need a 15 yr or 30 yr loan and what is the interest rate direrance? my credit would be 50-50Answers: What are your monthly payments. depending on what your monthly payments are would be firm to determine you are getting a good interest rate. Depends on your credit win. what the price of the double wide is and the cost of the lands it is being put on. bear your monthly payment and integer out how long it take to clear it of at that payment next you should be able to numeral out what your interest will be. I can guess 7% would be fair. within a 15 year loan if your paying 400 a month on it.
