No. This only applies to the souk value of homes for public sale. It is always possible that your complex property will be sold to another firm but that does not equal lower monthly payments, usually they hold the current rate the same or possibly budge even higher. Also don't ever expect your rent to jump down in an apartment complex, these businesses don't slip away down any savings to their residents.
