I recently got ssi will they help me to find subsidies houseing and when will they give me my award letter?

Answers: they will not help you find housing, you have to do that on your own. Call your local HUD office. If you are under 21, your money may come before your award letter, in about a month. If you are over 21, the wait will be about 6-8 weeks.

On an application to rent a house it requests "credit reference." What do I index?

I'm assuming they want credit accounts listed, but which ones? There are lone three spaces and I have plenty more than that. Do I try and enumerate the ones that I have other been in good time with payments? Or the credit cards near zero balance? Or loans through my credit union? My student loans? What would be the best to help out us be accept to rent this home?

Or do they want something completely different in that?
Also, aren't they going to run a credit check anyway? Why do I need to index "credit references" if they are just going to verify it?

Answers: Your second paragraph speaks to the point that they're going to check your credit anyway - so you're right contained by thinking the credit references on the application are more a formality than anything. I'd recommend you record things for which you are currently indebted, such as car loans, student loans, and the resembling - and for which you are on time.

At least possible as important to a potential hotelier or property manager surrounded by my opinion are right prior rental references. The combination of timely sum on your credit obligations and favorable reference from folks who have rented to you and can vouch for you first-hand are an impregnable combination.

Real estate agents within california solely please answer?

My friend is devasted & I think she should brawl this problem. She found house on market for over 90 days, the bazaar has drastically dropped out surrounded by her town and the seller salaried $280k for house & lost job 4 months then. House on market for 240k next to no offers, later they dropped to $220k. So she offers $210 & they adopt and enter a contract. Tell her it's up to bank though since they are asking them to forgive the debt amount of over $100k. So she is at her 10day and come to find out the TRUE estate agent took another bid after hers to the bank as capably. She was told by her agent that they be in contract near seller & no other offer could be accepted until guard said yes or no to hers. So who is right, her realator who said no other offers till hers be decided or the seller who kept taking them to bank? Obviously why wall has not responded on hers is because the other one must be high.

Answers: Whether or not your offer could be contained by sole consideration depends on the seller. Often times contained by situations such as these, the seller reserves the right to consider adjectives offers. Check the contract on the volunteer your friend submitted. If it is true that the bank enter into contract with her, AND THEN official another offer - later either nearby has to be a clause surrounded by the contract which allows them to accept further offer, or they are in non-attendance of the contract and are open to failure to pay actions as stated contained by the contract under "defaulting by seller".
Tell her not to be upset, this is common.

It can bring weeks for the bank to agree on which offer they are going to adopt. Just because there is another submission doesn't mean it is greater, or that the bank will adopt it. Or accept any of them.

The mound wants multiple offer to review, and the current owner doesn't have the final right to be heard or the right to accept a short public sale offer, the guard does.

Tell her not to panic, it's not over all the same.
