Renting Real Estate Questions and Answers

Section 8, what is it? explain?

its when the govt pays a portion of your rent right?, so why do some managers, or house owners or w/e read out no section 8? dont they grasp paid full what they want, whats the problem beside it?

Answers: Section 8 is where the city organization does pay (or subsidize) a portion of the rent. A lot of landlords want branch 8 renters, because it is guaranteed rent (at least the element that is subsidized).

The function some landlords don't is that not all article 8 renters are good renters. They typically do not hold a strong financial record, and this is why they are subsidized by the policy. There is a stigma, because some section 8 renters pinch horrible care of their properties. They typically don't stay screened-off area 8 for long, because as a landlord, you can report your tenant, and they will be removed from the subsection 8 program.

I would recommend section 8 renters, because you can backing someone at the same time as making sure you rob care of your financial requests as well.
I strongly recommend staying far away from sec 8 renters. NY is passing law forcing landlords to rent to them, I think thats disgusting. I hold had 2, and both thoroughly trashed the place. Its interesting when welfare recipient take for granted those things they receive for free. They shouldnt receive any features of subsidy since they are able to work and enjoy 8 babies with 8 different father out of their recklessness, we pick the taxpayer shutting down up picking up the tab.

Answers: Hi Alicia,

You may want to visit their local academy district's website. For example, for Washoe County (Reno, NV), it's http://www.washoe.k12.nv.us/schools/. The website usually has the academy reports available for you to print. You can then determine which arts school would suit your child.
