Are mortgage interest rates headed up or down?

Answers: Probably in the low 5's for awhile.

A lot people giving advice are also looking to give you a loan (its not advice, its advertising), if they are not local to you and you can’t get to them within 1 hour don’t fall for it. They say they are licensed in all 50 states, what does that mean? Which state do you have to look in first if something goes wrong? KEEP IT LOCAL, STAY SAFE.

Remember Buddha's advice:
"Believe nothing, no matter where you read it or who has said it, not even if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense." You are the only "expert" you can trust: All brokers, and every other loan officer guru giving advice here with a .com or contact me at the end is "selling" you something (its not advice, its advertising). Don't buy "it."
Mortgage rates will stay this low for a short time because the economy cannot sustain these rates much longer.

The interest rates will rise after the elections for sure to pump back some money into the deficit that is at an all time historical high.

If your planing to buy, I would say get a rate locked in and purchase your home because for every percentage point your payment will rise approximately $120 to $150 dollars a month depending on the amount you borrow.

Good Luck
Wait until the next federal move on the discount rate. It will probably be reduced. If I am correct, as soon as mortgage rates go down go for it.

How speedily can you stop a trustee auction on a home?

We found a property in California that we close to. The property is due to be auctioned off on Tuesday at 10:00 AM. We put contained by a bid and it was necessarily accepted imminent the approval of a short sale.

Basically, the vendor wants to get rid of to us, and I would assume the bank would want to supply to us and not have the home walk to auction on Tuesday. However, we're not sure if the auction can be canceled by Tuesday, mostly because the bank will be closed on Monday due to the holiday.

The agent for the street trader says he's pretty sure the hill will approve the short sale if we can stop the property from going to auction but again, it's supposed to be auctioned on Tuesday morning.

So I guess my put somebody through the mill is, does anyone know how fast a property auction can be canceled/postponed? If the dune employees come within at 9 AM on Tuesday and the property goes to auction at 10 AM, would they know how to cancel/postpone the auction within that hour?

Answers: They're not canceling the auction unless you hoof it in beside the cash. They don't know if you can even in safe hands the financing. They're going ahead with the auction. Why don't you stir to the auction... you'll probably save a crapload of money.

It's not similar to you're going to get into some crazy bidding period of war on a house that's been sitting on the marketplace for a year already.

If you've secured your financing go to the auction.
How be it "basically standard?" The foreclosing owner accepted? Then it wasn't standard, the lender has to approve the short public sale.

I doubt they will stop the auction. There is alot of effort that go into scheduling an auction, so it will most likely jump forward as planned.

You can call at 9:00 sharp Tuesday and see what you can do.

In Nevada a defaulting judgement be obtain against me for an apartment lease I did not sign? Is this legalized?

In 2001 my husband & I were living surrounded by an apartment in Reno. When our 6 month lease be up, I was told we would earnings a higher rent because we be not going to sign a new lease. I finally found a topical apartment about 1-1/2 months next. I moved to CO in 2003 & started divorce proceeding because my husband stayed within NV, was acceptance SSDI & no agencies would help him until we divorced. Before the divorce be final, he died in Nov 2004. A few days next, I was notify of a default ruling - they wanted to side dishes my wages - for the apartment lease that only my husband signed. I've be fighting this 3 years, get a motion to set it aside in 2006 & out of the blue another missive came for impossible to tell apart judgement. I moved home to TX in 2005 & never received a memorandum, summons or subpeona about a contemporary court hearing. I am VERY frustrated. I will never acquire this off of my credit report because it seem they keep renewing it over & over. Any insist on or assistance would be GREATLY appreciated.

Answers: did you check to make sure your motion be granted ? You need to beckon the clerk of the court and check the status of your motion. The time frame to file is outstandingly short and you were probably too belated and it was denied.
If you're not discussion about closely of money, just pay cheque it and move on beside your life...otherwise, contest it as you are doing, but insert an added attraction; counter-sue for not person served including all the funds it will cost you surrounded by the future.
Conclude that your husband have passed and you were not a bash to the lease.
further, if the unit be re-rented, the LL can not chg double rent and you will want to subpoena the LL's records for that part and all the monies received so you can determine how much is really owed by your husband.
additionally, subpoena the court files to see who served you etc, because process servers take the effortless way out and tale to get the chg for servicing the client/plaintiff contained by order to gain paid. A letter to the court once you're armed with adjectives the information will increase your chances to own the case set aside.
If the service be done to your husband by the server and they didn't know he was limp, he couldn't have be served posthumously.
You simply sue the plaintiff and server for fraud and $ for lying on the default as they would enjoy had to appear within court and/or the court clerk to sign papers for the sheriff to serve on the banks and employer to confiscate your money to pay the sensitivity.
Courts don't like kinky process servers.
