We are man billed by our dated landlords for?

a utility bill that is not contained by our name and the cost that they rewarded trying to refinance the home while we were still tenant...is that right? we did want them to see what they could do about lowering the gift cuz they kept making them higher and better.....

The bill is not in your given name but did you normally clear it? If you did then you should a short time ago because it is right not because she can prove that you owe it.
How could you be responsible for a bill from her refinancing her home?
What is she doing that you call bullying?
Do you still rent from her?

If the bill is not within your name and your lease does not specify that you take-home pay it then you do not officially owe it.

Has anyone built a house surrounded by upstate NY inside the second few years, and if so how much did your vault cost?

Iam just looking for a ballpark adea on how much something resembling that goes for.

We're building a small home (maybe 20x40) and want a stroll our basement.


Answers: I built a house for a while over three years ago in upstate NY. Our vault is not a walkout, and I believe our dimensions are 24 x 48.basically a 1400 sq ft footprint . Our underground store cost us around $8k to have the subterranean vault hole dug out and the concrete pured. A walkout will probably save you some money since one wall of the vault would basically be missing.

Why would some one who holds a 2nd next to no helpfulness do this?

I'm foreclosing on property they have file bankruptcy In a few weeks we should grasp a release from the bankruptcy so I can foreclose However the company that holds a 2nd on this property is also pushing to return with a release and foreclose as well Why? With what he owes me,pay for tax's,and sales cost I don't construe there is anything not here for them.It's raw home no one okay buy it for a few years Why are they pushing so hard on this?


Answers: They hold the option of coming up near the money to pay you sour and keep the property for themselves. You enjoy the right to be paid stale first, but the can legally start alike process you are doing.
They are ignorant, or
they own a use for the property that (they imagine) will make buying you out profitable, or
they guess they can force you to negotiate, thinking they will collect something from you just to shift away.

Just guessing.
If it holds no value next why do you want it?
