One bedroom house?
How much do you think a one bedroom house is worth a month to rent? No utilities included. Is gas or electric more to run to bake?
What do you expect in a house, so I know what to ask about/look for.
I am looking at a house for rent today.
Answers: Rental rates are deeply driven by area. A one bedroom contained by my area rents for something like $450 a month. A one bedroom house in Southern California probably rents for $2,500 a month.
Depending on the type of warmth, I would say gas is more cost decisive, but you can call the utility company, offer them the address, and they will give you lofty, low and average monthly costs for that utility. Every utility I know of has an 800 number you can ring up and it is about a 2 minute inquiry.
Not adjectives houses are sufficiently insulated, heating and cooling bills contained by a poorly insulated house can put you in the poor house.

House mart?
me and my pattner are splitting up and she wants to buy me out. how much can i expect?Answers: depends on the price of the house. if she have your kids she may may be entitled to more than half. if its a shared mortgage would imagine its partly and half. freshly get the house valued and trade her your half. you would be best to speak to a solicitor i reckon. its a shame that it have come to this. best of luck with everything.
it depends on what % you agree upon (I'd suggest getting this adjectives in writing..preferably by a lawyer). USUALLY..though..its a 50/50 split of doesn`t matter what the sale price is (minus Realtor fees, etc)
BUT
You didn't mention whether or not BOTH of your name were on the title to the house. If YOU'RE the merely on on it, and you're not married to your partnet..chances are that you can argue him/her for the whole amount. Likewise if he/she is the one nominated on the title, and not you.
For it to be fair on both population then you should find half of the equity of the home. If you quality like taking smaller amount than do so. But If I were making the payments also I would want partially. If this isn't acceptable to both party then put on the market and split the proceeds.
