I hear prices for spanking new T.V.'s drop after the Super Bowl. True? False?

I want to buy a new T.V. A co-worker told me to hang about until after the Super Bowl because prices will drop on new T.V.'s. I find it tough to believe but I couldn't help wonder if he be right. If that is the defence then I'll continue until after the Super Bowl to buy a new T.V! Any feedback is appreciated.

Dave nailed it. Most places hold liberal return policies and people will buy big screen just to study the game. Shop at a place that does not charge a restocking levy (That's where the moochers buy them so they can return them) and pick up a returned one a few days after the winter sport.

If you parsimonious renting, I will advise to carry a flat or condo instead of landed as it will be too expensive to maintence. As for flat rental, the price is incontestably high immediately as landlord are increasingly increasing their rental rate.
If you niggardly buying, certainly very soon is not the time to buy any property above $300k. Unless you intend to rent out a room or two to get the house remunerated by the tenants. :)
There are advantages and disadvantages to both.

Condo: Cons - HOA's and the associated fees, possibly fines, neighbors, parking. Pros - No maintenance to the exterior, no pasture, some have nice adjectives areas with a gym or a pool.

House: Cons - Maintenance of everything. Pros - Hopefully you don't own to share a wall with a neighbor who plays the drums.

Is Architect future situation? Will it be in constraint in for example 2020 or 2030? or adjectives Architects will be poor and not going to be needed?


Answers: My opinion: I can't consider ever not needing Architects. One shouldn't even presume about building a house minus having an Architect over-seeing the builder. Can't interpret skyscrapers or any other building going up without them. I would regard they will be around for many years to come, and it would be a extremely prosperous business to be in.
