How can I find someone to serve papers for me?

This is for eviction papers and I am willing to retribution them.


Answers: In my state, the court clerk will provide a list of State Marshals that will serve notice, etc. for a fee.
You might want to see in the order of having the post department deliver it! Make sure you send it "Certified", or "Registered", so they own to "sign" for it. Also get a 'return receipt', which will prove that it be delivered! I'm not sure if this would qualify as "served", but it is a thought!

Are Other States Besides North Carolina People Having As Much Trouble?

Selling their Homes. A Real Estate Agent recently told me that "its a Buyers Market" but few are buying at risk of losing what they own due to the economy one so sluggish and unsure. Buyers are having Hard times here getting a Mortgage, even when they enjoy good credit. There are so lots Homes in this nouns in Forclosures because the race loose their Jobs and cannot find work..Its really getting rough for all individuals;.


Answers: It's pretty much nationwide. When someone say "it's a buyer's market", that means here are more sellers than buyers, and some seller are so desperate, they'll do just something like anything within grounds to sell. It doesn't really aim buyers have it EASIER.

Tax abet needed. What should we do beside this rental?

We purchased a new home, moved out of the outdated house, rented the old house and afterwards put it on the market. We also rented it for 380 smaller quantity than our mortgage payment. It sold 6 months latter. How will this affect our taxes if we add it as an invvestment property. Should we even bother have it as an investment property?


Answers: dont...cause they will want you to recompense the taxes on the money earned from that...purely file the mortgage payments on it basis the interest is tax deductible
