Where within Virginia should I move? I am looking for a nice city/suburb to move to where on earth rent is below $500?
I am twenty years old and I am relocating from Ohio to Virginia within March, and I have no perception where to shift! I know Virginia is the state I want to live in, but I don't hold a lot of criteria to scour on. I want an area that have good culture, and at least possible one art museum nearby, and I am also looking for a brief. So, really if you have any suggestions for areas to look for surrounded by Virginia where I can find rent of $500 or lower ((I know they exist)), please tolerate me know. I am planning to sneak down there surrounded by a few weeks to do some apartment/job searching. All suggestions generosity. People who are actually from Virginia, your answers are VERY VERY appreciated :)
Answers: I currently reside surrounded by the city of Norfolk, VA. It is a small city, but has alot to extend in vocabulary of jobs, tangible estate, and entertainment. Not to mention Virginia Beach is about 17 miles away so that creates a full new set of option.
Here is the website I used to find a apartment. You might want to rent closer to VA Beach just because it seem to be more in your price inventory...and you can get alot more for your money.

Good Luck!
The problem beside Virginia is that the places that have a total apartment or house for under $500 probably will not enjoy the culture you are looking for. Virginia is rich with history, especially of the Revolutionary and Civil Wars, but the towns that own the best jobs are getting more expensive by the hours of daylight. Northern Virginia is great because Washington DC is a just a hop skip and a hurdle away, and is full of culture and great experiences. Just plan on paying at the very least possible $ 900 a month for a decent place, within an okay neighborhood. A good duty should not be hard to find if you choose the DC metro nouns.
In the Chesapeake Bay area, around VA Beach and Norfolk the job are plenty and the housing is cheaper, but is on the rise. You also have to be shattered of which neighborhood you, as it has some sordid areas. On the plus side, you are always fundamental water, and nearby is tons of culture to enjoy.
The Richmond nouns is one that is cleaning up its reputation. Crime rates are dropping, pricing is still honestly reasonable and it, too, have many areas that are up and coming and fun to explore. And job are good, one that it is the capitol city.
As for the other larger areas to the west, such as Charlottesville, Winchester and Roanoke, I am not as familiar next to.
I know that there is also a sort of small town revival going on statewide it seems! Small towns are fixing up their Main Streets, next to coffee shops and antique stores, and embracing their history. There are many little towns near a historic area that make for a great day to enjoy lunch and do a little shopping.
But, be dead beat because you could be in for a commute to work, as where on earth most of those small town may or may not have the assignment you are looking for.
I hope this helps you, I own lived in Virginia adjectives my life, surrounded by several different areas. This state is beautiful and full of things to do, and wonderful opportunity. Feel free to ask me any more questions!

Unfair Billing, What to do?
Our home was for the most quantity destroyed by fire in Decemberr 2006. The fire restoration company completed the opportunity March of 2007. They submitted bills to us and we paid adjectives along at first. We then begin to notice that we be being billed for items that we be purchasing, such as tile, chandeliers, ceiling fans, etc. In assimilation, we noted that we were individual billed for items not supplied to us, such as doors and windows. The billings be all going through an adjuster in the past coming to us for payment. The final billing from the fire restoration company included some credits, but the credits be not correct. Example: billed 100 plus 20. overhead and profit, yet credited 101. With the final bill of 18,000, taking these approximate credits into account the company owes us 987. They hold retained a lawyer to collect the 18,000 but they owe us. What should we do? We are disputing the charges to their attorney but what next?Answers: Get your own attorney.
ask for a coy of the receipts on the items surrounded by dispute. Then show them your receipts, on the items you say you purchased. If this doesn't work afterwards you need to obtain an attorney and let them know you will ask for the attorney fees to be reimbursed also once you prove you are correct.
