Answers: What is informally certain as a "rent to own" contract is usually, in more precise expressions, a lease with an choice to buy. You'll really need counsel from an attorney licensed in your state to make a contribution you a dependable response, because there are at smallest two concepts here where state law and practices may vary - the lease itself and the likelihood agreement.

Typically, options must be exercised within pretty strict accordance with the choice agreement, or the exercise may be ineffective and right to exercise may be lost. Never be a day slow or a dollar short; cross your t's and dot your i's in exercising your rights below an option. This within turn suggests writing them in enormously clear, precise language, specifying when the odds may be exercised, where and how; what might invalidate the likelihood prior to exercise, such as late rent payments, if anything; how much rent, if any, is credited to the selection price; the down payment; and where on earth owner/seller financing is offered, the full terms should be spelled out beforehand, such as interest rate, credit worthiness considerations, if any, residence, balloon payments, etc.

I would recommend having a legal representative working for you either write the agreement or review anything written by the other participant to the deal.
Celine is right on here.

If you own good credit and don't call for to get involved within rent/lease to own, DON'T. Property owners have adjectives sorts of provisions written into these contracts to protect the property, which they should. If you do something to violate the terms, you can be evicted in need any recourse.

If you decide to dance forward, make sure you hold an attorney review the contract before you sign up.

Council Housing?

My sister is moving and my other sister lives with her within her council house. Will my sister be made homeless or does she have the right to the council house? We are not sure what to do. Thanks

Answers: If she's a single mum, foreigner and without a job she'll have no problem
try transferring the rental agreement to the sister who is staying, beforehand the sister moves out.

It depends on your local authority, but if the rental is not in her term, she could be evicted.

your best bet to to go to the minicab and ask them what her rights are,as they are very caring!and there will be your answer..apposite luck what ever happens.x
If the remaining sister's autograph is on the tenancy she have the right to remain in that property

If her heading is not on it but she has be living in that council property since up to that time 1989 (Law changed) she may still be entitled to remain depending on what type of tenancy it is.

If the council settle on she has no legitimate right to occupy then she will be homeless and the council will own a duty to rehome her in a council property ..so they will more than feasible let her remain and free themselves all the hassell

Disadvantages of Living Next to a parking lot?

There is an interesting real estate property to be precise a new construction, but one of its flaws is that the house is located to a relatively small parking lot, (app. 20 cars). It is still located contained by a residential area. What are some the disadvantages to these conditions, and will it affect the plus of the home as a result of the listed disadvantages?

Answers: Parking lot may attract unendorsed activity when not contained by use such as evenings and weekends. You'll end up becoming the unofficial after-hours caretake of the lot. I would contact the neighborhood police to see if the parking is particular for crime.

Also, the parking lot may eventually be developed into a undesireable building.
