Answers: Section 715/1 Interest to be paid by lessor on collateral deposits - - Rate

A lessor of residential real property, containing 25 or more unit, who receives a wellbeing deposit from a lessee to secure the compensation of rent or compensation for damage to property shall money interest to the lessee computed from the date of the deposit at a rate of 5% per year on any such deposit held by the lessor for more than 6 months.
Nope. Either a deposit is subject to interest or it's not, and this varies by state. Illinois isn't one of them and MOST states do not require it.

The marine problems you are having are adjectives in matured buidings and do not suggest a problem significant enough to break a lease.
I don't know roughly Illinois, but generally deposits not lone don't pay interest, they are not subject to segregation, classification that the property owners (landlords) can do what they want with the money, as long as they return what is due in 30 days of the end of the lease.

As far as the marine goes, look to your lease agreement to see if any warranty apply. Probably not, but check your local laws to see if any nouns is available there. If not, find bright accomodations.

Real estate?

when looking for a house, should u check first if the title is clean or apply for a pre-approval for a hill??

Answers: Don't worry right immediately about the title check (the bank/your realtor) will do that.

You should take a pre-qualification letter from your guard, however that states the exact amount you can afford to pay for a house. THEN, find a Buyer's Agent (Realtor who represents YOU and your best interests surrounded by negotiations) that you like and want serve you search for your dream home.
The title will be checked and commonly "cleaned" in the closing process. You want to be concerned first with your capability to buy any house (cash and loan). Second you need to find a house. Third you want to check the house's condition by a professional home inspection.

The vast majority of the time the title company will know how to solve any title problems that come up. (Not always, but it is severely rare that they can't. It is much more adjectives to have a problem next to financing and condition).

There are a lot more steps to this process but a well brought-up Realtor can help you next to them.

Websites similar to craigslist?

are there any other websites close to cragislist where i can find houses or apartments or somthing to rent locally?

Answers: A apt list is available here >> http://enamul.info/links_classifieds.php
This would depend on where on earth you live. Many locales have websites that cater to local listings. I would suggest that you check next to the newspaper that handle your area. It is significantly possible that if you list your city.com (i.e. Bakersfield.com) you will find your local composition. Search the classifieds for listings.

Apartments.com and other sites have listings for miscellaneous areas, so give that a shot as capably. If you live in a college town, check the website of the university and look for housing information. Good luck!
