How can you relay if the home you are within is contained by foreclosure?
Living in a home and be recently told by proprietor that the home we are living in is within trble.. He tried to get mortgage requoted, but he cant afford to settle up for the mortgage where we live.. said the home be in pre forclosure and very soon he is 2 pymnts behind again.. They come to take pictures of the home yesterday..and we enjoy already found someplace else to live. We have lone had a few months surrounded by the place and would like our deposit subsidise, now he is aphorism forget it.. we dont have to move about anymore. We need to know if this home is still contained by foreclosure or pre foreclosre, how can we tell?Answers: My house is surrounded by foreclosure now so I can abet you on this! It is public knowledge (just approaching how much you paid for your house) because I grasp a lot of communication about foreclosure solutions. You could look on the internet for a foreclosure record for your area and see if your address is near. Or you probably could find out at your local court/municipal building since a law organization serves you the foreclosure papers and files them with court. After the first notification, the subsequent notice you go and get is one from the sheriff's department usually giving you 35 days to vacate the premises. Fortunately for me, I'll be closing on 3/15. I haven't gotten the sheriff's notice all the same.
Well if you have a written lease, you wouldn't own to go even if the home be in foreclosure. Generally it go into foreclosure after being 3 payments trailing. Do you know the lender?
Look in local papers, contained by legal notice. It will appear there if they folder for foreclosure.

Property has be vacant for some years hold checked land registry for the end know owner/occupier and it has come up beside a name but beside them down as them sill living in that house . Does anyone know how I can trace where on earth someone lives from there pet name as they are still down as occupying the house which have been free for some 20 years. Which obviously they don't live within. All I have is in attendance name and the house's address they are supposedly living in?? This is the last home within a new community. The builders enjoy their model homes, and sell them ultimate when all lots are sold. The price is $225K. Do you cogitate I can negotiate a lower price, or do you think since it is the builder's model and they own their own mortgage company, the price is firm?Also, what is the fixed rate right now? (average)
