How can I find a history report of my property free?
Answers: I presume you mean the title history? You can see all previous owners in the county records. Not sure if all previous liens will show up there; not everything gets recorded. If you have a friend who works for a mortgage lender or broker, ask if they can help.

How often does section 8 check your income?
Answers: they check it whenever you tell them you have a new job or an increase or decrease in pay rate. if you dont tell them though, you can get into trouble and they'll kick you off of section 8!! :S
ya
they check it whenever u tell them to
lolololololol
Le'ts put it this way.when you get your Section 8 voucher, you sign something that says it is YOUR responsibility to tell them if you have a change in circumstances.
If they find out you didn't disclose income, they can actually RETROACTIVELY terminate your benefits, and charge you with housing fraud for every month that you could have paid more.
It is also a criminal offense, and that will give you a record.
Hope it's worth it.
Apartment issues?
My roommate and I have be having seriously of issues with our apartment complex. The maintence never seem to fix completely fix our problems, or they some how cause another (long story near one of the bathrooms). On top of that we haven't been competent to use our dishwasher for months (they say it's fixed, we've complained multiple times, and zilch has be done or being done roughly it), and our floors are disgusting. When we first moved in, the hearth rug was fine, but after just a couple of months, the black stains started coming up. Well, we complained to the office in the order of this issue and they told us there be nothing they could do going on for it because we add it to our initial walk-through.We arranged to move out and put in our 90 days. (Because the soul that we signed the lease with didn't do his mission, there be a whole big issue roughly speaking our leasing date) we had to show our documentation. Should we bring a lawyer? We don't want any money, we with the sole purpose want to be rid of them when we move out.
Answers: Do you have contained by writing where you asked them to fix the multiple problems contained by the apartment? If not that you might have an issue on your foot and they can say that you never requested that they fix anything that you utter is broken. The carpet i don't infer you are going to win on. They can just enunciate that was typical wear and tare or you spilt something on it. what you need to do is transport them a certified letter stating what is wrong near your apartment and than give them 7 days to fix it. This is what the ruling considers a reasonable amount of time to fix a problem.Than if they don't fix it they own terminated the lease and you are free to move. They have a right to breed the apartment livable and they aren't doing so by not fixing what you requested to be fixed.
