After sleeping on it I realized it's going to to cost me too much money to receive the house to my standards and the real estate company is renting the house as is. In my view, it should be nothing for a company to paint and replace hearth rug and patch up holes in the walls until that time I move in but they don't want to do that. God forbid if something trunk happens.Is in that a way for me to carry out of this lease since my move-in date isn't until 2-22-08 anyhow? Or am I legally bound to this lease?

It is $95,000. It is a newer home and it is very nice. It is located surrounded by the country. It has 3 bed 2 baths and a nice 2.5 car garage beside an extra little storage building in the wager on. Plus it is in hte arts school district that we want for our future children. The downfalls...nearby is a lagoon on the side of the yard but if you put for a while fence up you wouldn't know how to see it. It is shared with the neighbor but the dealer agreed to put in a septic system. Another downfall...it is a slab foundation. I own looked at other houses ranging from $65000-$115,000 and nil compares to this house. Most places are very run down for the amount the vendor is asking. I've searched on Craigslist, Rent.com, Apartment.com, Realtor.com, Homesforrent.com, and a few others I can't remember. Does anyone know of any websites that show properties for rent beside pictures and details? I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Oh, I live surrounded by MichiganAnswers: If I were you I would ask a valid estate agent...you will probably find more rentals on the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) than you would on any of those websites you mentioned. The person renting the place usually pays the agent from bringing them a renter so it shouldn't cost you anything. Realtors can and will help you find what you are looking for , within commission isn't that great on rentals but right now beside the housing market the route it is they will jump at anything .
