There are a lot of option to stop the foreclosure. It'll just depend on what her circumstances are, and if she can obtain some extra time from the lender to work on a solution. Here are the more commonly used ways to end the foreclosure process:
1. Save up money and gain current again.
2. Work with the lender to establish a repayment plan.
3. Work beside the lender to modify the mortgage.
4. Refinance with a traditional or complex money lender
5. Get a partial claim from the FHA.
6. Sell to an investor and lease the property back.
7. File liquidation to stop foreclosure.
8. Sell for less than what is owed (short sale).
9. Sell outright.
10. Offer the ridge a deed within lieu of foreclosure.
11. Give up and walk away if nought else works.
Hope that gives you some design to start researching.

What's the difference between a flat, an efficiency, a sublet, & a studio apartment?
Answers: I'm not sure what an "efficency" is, but a flat IS an appartment, subletting i belive means that your renting a place and the renter is renting it out(generaly while their away, but sometimes to make money) and i THINK a studio apartment is like a loft(yaknow, thoes 16ft high things in nyc)
efficiency is a apartment thats 1 huge space but yu have a small bath room kitchen and no bed room studio is a huge place that runs 600 a month
Finishing a crypt?
I want to finish the basement but am not sure which route I should move about. There will be a full bathroom which already has plumbing done. This will hand over the home a large master hip bath, and two full baths. My question is, should I put a kitchenette downstairs or variety another room. I will be making at least two more rooms downstairs. There are 3BR right immediately including the master suite.
So my question, is the kitchenette more useful or the larger room? I may rent out the bottom while I live here but I will sell the home if I do move because I don't want to be a hotelier. So which would increase the value if I do deal in it?
Answers: first thing check near local authorities as to making the property into a 2 unit, if u r zoned for it ok if making it into a 2 unit may create big problems when u go to flog, check and see situation on what is called a mother within law apartment also, because i.e. what u r talking give or take a few doing is taking a single family home and making it into a 2 element and during any sale or refinance the appraiser is going to appraise it as a 2 section. me i would not put in the kitchenette, label bigger rooms or another bath and hang on to the property as a single. or maybe the mother within law will move within with u lol
i would not put contained by a kitchenette
make it a sitting nouns or family room
