Would you rather rent a house or an apartment?
Answers: A house...you have a yard and a garage...
A house. Out of the 5 houses I've rented, only one was owned by a "agency", the rest were just ordinary people who were renting an extra property. It made them a lot easier to work with when things went wrong, etc.
None of them have ever complained about our multitude of vehicles (including two trucks, two cars, a boat and a motorcycle)... The pluses go on and on.
In apartments, you're limited to how many vehicles you can have, your neighbors are all around you, top/bottom/left/right... I just can't do that :(
As a 21 year old working for my rent...a large apartment or a small house !
When I'm old enough to have a family, a house for sure. Or at least a townhouse! ;)

How long will I hold to pay cheque mortgage insurance?
My wife and I did not put a down payment on our house so we own to pay in the order of $65/mo in mortgage insurance. We own very honourable credit and have made adjectives payments on time. When do we draw from to stop paying this? I thought I remembered 2 years, but I'm not sure.Answers: when you build 20% in equity

Answers: Tenant rights vary by state. I would go to Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) website, and they have all the rights for tenants by state.
