Can i buy a home with a credit score of 450?
Answers: With 25% down payment, Yes!
Very unlikely. If it is possible at all, you will pay such a high interest rate, that you will not be able to afford the house. I would recommend renting a while and getting up your score. The number one way to get your score up.Pay your bills on time.
Good luck!
Not a chance.
No.
And if you find someone to do that mortgage, you will be paying astronomical interest.
Fix your credit, then buy.
Sect 8; I know to procure an applic & receive appt. Ques what city/town surrounded by U.S. is accptng applic? Relocate possble?
I have researched and found, surrounded by Chicago and surrounding communities townships applications are not being agreed. Rents in Chicago are unaffordable, I own been displaced (with a rent increase of an secondary $500.) (thanks to gentrification-60653) and am willing to relocate to another state. Please single knowledgeable replies and gratitude for the help!Answers: You inevitability to apply where you live very soon. No city takes them from outside the county and unless you are disabled you own to have a profession to qualify.
afaik, there is no main registry of which localities are accepting new sector 8 applications.
all I can update you is that one of my extended family member has clause 8 housing help and seem to readily find places to rent in gulf coast Florida. as to whether that manner that new applications are person accepted, I do not know.
What is a legally-binding tenacy agreement?
The agreement i have be typed up by my landlord/flatmate on his laptop because I pointed out I was not moving within unless he had one made up. I enjoy to give him 2 months' interest if I want to move out, because I'd rather administer him just one month, beside that month being rent-free as stated on the agreement. I'm not too fussed something like the deposit, but it would be nice to have some (or all) of it stern.Answers: Anything you sign is legally binding but if we don't know where on earth you are we can't give you counsel because different countries have different housing decree.
well if you signed it within agreement that is a binding contract.
if it say you get a month free rent once you paw in your sense great but if he keeps your months deposit its not free si it.
If you are surrounded by Canada you and the landlord hold to abide by the laws spelled out by the residential residence act. They supply an agreement form which have to be used. Any other agreement that contravenes the act is probably not officially binding as you have to conform next to the act.
The rule is one month mind.
If you are somewhere else I am sure there are simliar laaws in that.
If both parties be in agreement and signed by both after its legal. In your own words you asked him to type one out so I am
sure you have some input into the wording. Why should it be different immediately? You didn't question the authenticity of it at the time you signed it.
