Answers: any personal mention will say yes they are verbs responsible and pay prompt. thats why they are listed. do yourself a favor and run the credit check. see if they hold been evicted beforehand. eviction issues really are all you should support about. if they aren't verbs, well thats what the deposit is for. if they hold bad credit beside cards or whatever all right that can happen and enjoy no bearing on what sort of tenant they will be. they can be a perfect tenant but spill out on hard times. doesn't suggest they won't pay you. they might enjoy had to stop paying a bill to save the roof over their heads.
as far as reference other than personal ie: hotelier references simply ask them yes or no question as that is adjectives they can answer anyway,
were they compensated on time? did they go away the place in a clad manner and make available adequate awareness.

Are they in regular employment?
Are they smokers?
How long own they lived at their previous address?
Do they have proof of current address close to a utility bill?
