1. Save up and achieve current on the loan again.
2. Try and establish a repayment plan.
3. Try harder to get them to modify the mortgage.
4. Refinance beside a traditional or hard money lender.
5. Get a partial claim from the FHA.
6. Sell to a private investor and rent the property rear legs.
7. Sell the property outright.
8. File bankruptcy to stop foreclosure.
9. Sell at a short Dutch auction.
10. Offer the bank the creation in lieu of foreclosure.
11. Just hoof it away if none of the above works.

Will file liquidation stop an eviction temporarily?

If the bankrupcy happenes first it will only stoppage it till the bankrupcy is finalized then you enjoy 72 hours after the judge signs the finalization. Which will rearrangement it but not stop it.
