Can I reduce by my costs of repair from rent if I've wait a credible amt of time for the tenant to fix it?
I put in a work proclaim with my hotelier to have the cabinet shelf and the lights surrounded by the kitchen fixed almost 2 months ago. I can't even cook in my kitchen because I enjoy no lights to cook with. Is it permissible for me to go out and hold these repaired by someone else and then reduce by the costs from my rent? Should I call and threaten to own it repaired by someone else and deduct the cost from the rent freshly to light some fire beneath their butts? It's costing me alot of money in consumption out every night because of this. Any suggestions would greatly appreciated. I am at a total loss of what's inside my legal boundaries as a tenant.Answers: If the Landlord Does Not Comply

Housing benefits owe me mere next 6 weeks donation?
So they told me that when it`s so they have to foot directly to my landlord unless he write a memorandum that confirms that I'm in time next to my rent.Does anyone know why? My fear is that they could say-so that if my rent is in time there`s no obligation for them to pay me the end month, when my claim start.

They will still clear you the money for the back dated rent.
when we claimed, I have to borrow two months rent off my mother surrounded by law, since we got our housing benefit through.
When you earnings has zilch to do with it, if you claim and your successful after you will be paid the final rent regardless of how you managed to rate the rent previously.
As with us the stern rent we got rear legs from the housing benefit then have to be paid posterior to my mother in ruling, although we told them we had borrowed the money through our guard.
If you feel that your tenant will penalise you for getting housing benefit (Some do not allow it or will not renew your contract when it comes to an end) then communicate the job-centre your concerns, and they might be able to wages the money direct to you.
