Is it true that when you efile your income tax they will only deposit it into your account on a Wed or Sa?
Answers: i filed on jan 31st and finally was changed to i will get deposit in my account on friday feb 15th

What is subsequent selling my condo?
I need to provide my condo in Houston TX. I enjoy a buyer, but I don't know what kind of paperwork follows or what to do subsequent. Is there some definite state kind soul that could guide me. Either go and get a real estate legal representative or a real estate broker to toy with this transaction for you. You do not want to do it by yourself.
If you get a broker, you should know how to pay a lower commission rate because you already found a buyer.
If you really want to do this by yourself, dance to your public library and ask the reference librarian to find you books on this subject. You could also explore Amazon on the key words "for sale" by "seller".

How much of a mortgage can I gain?
About a year ago I was offered a cost of living mortgage for lb120k when my partner and I be earning lb21k. I'm planning to travel and buy in roughly speaking 6 months time.
