Which apartment or house for rent?

Hello Im planning to move out of my parents house and Needed to search for a best house for rent or apartment for deafs and prob hold a discount like surrounded by Dayton Ohio.

Answers: Look on Craigslist or backpage. Good luck!
You'll probably get the smallest rent due in an apartment. You might bring back together with some other citizens to rent a house, they are usually more expensive, but much nicer to live in usually. I'd tender up mine, but it's in Long Beach California and will be $1900 a month for a small place. That's the going rent for a house surrounded by long beach. Good luck! The cool entry about have me for a landlord is that I can sign. Not really great, but I can capture my point across. I'd even put in smoke detectors for the deaf! I've made a few deaf friends since I took the sign classes and it be really nice to be able to trade name friends with some awesome nation that I would not have be able to get together before. I get the impression blessed.

Can you charge interest on debt owed by ex-tenants?

Ex-tenants left our rental minus paying the rent & causing spoil. I found out their new address & mail a bill by certified mail, plus return unloading. The receipt come back signed by the husband so I know they get it.
We had to use their deposit for segment of the rent so it's not a huge amount they owe but it put us in a horrible situation not anyone able to rent out again right away.
It's be 2 months since they left. Can we start charging interest on the be a foil for in California?

Answers: You can't charge interest until you capture a court order. After nearby is a court order interest is set at 10% within California.
