How to traffic beside a intervention / meddlesome keep guy at my apartment complex?

The apartment building I moved into has the looking after shop right down the stairs so the maintenance guy is other around. He lets inhabitants into the building that are coming to see me without even knowing if I want them in that. He is also frequently knocking at my door and trying to supply me stuff for my apartment or to give me "advice" in the region of something that I'm doing. I realize it just sounds similar to he is helpful but I moved surrounded by 2 weeks ago and he has be up here every day, he even followed the men moving my furniture right into my bedroom and be telling them the best place to put my stuff! He also give off a shady vibe that as a single feminine living alone sets me on edge every time he comes up to my door. He will even come up if I'm baking or cooking and ask what I'm making, it creeps me out!

I'm afraid to relate him to back stale though because I'm worried if I do and he gets touchy that he will retaliate by not fixing things in my apartment or taking forever to do so. Advice?

Answers: I'd start by ignore him. If he knocks on your door, don't answer it (I'm assuming you hold a peep-hole to see who's knocking. If you don't, enjoy the creepy guy install one). After a few weeks of getting brushed-off, he may take a connotation. Ask your neighbors if they have have the same concerns. If so, I don`t know you and the others could gently suggest to the innkeeper that you would appreciate a little more privacy. I hope it works out for you.

Foreclosure document?

If a house was foreclosed, is in attendance a specific piece of paper that you are supposed to receive maxim, 'property foreclosed'? What exactly are you supposed to get within the mail in relation to its foreclosure, if anything?

Answers: I have other heard that they transport a registered letter, followed by a stop by from the sheriffs department with the papers.
You will acquire many documents by regular post. Then by certified mail.

The final notice come via the Sheriff.

If this is happening to you, I am so sorry. Please see an attorney perchance you can get an extention on the foreclosure.
No, if the house isn't yours, next there's no reason why you'd be getting sent notice of other people's houses being foreclosed.

You can find out by calling the county clerks organization, or the county court system. They can tell you if a house be foreclosed and on what date the foreclosure judgment be entered and when the house be sold at auction.

But since you don't own the property, there's no reason for anyone to bring up to date you directly what happened beside it. The foreclosing bank and lenders probably told the owners of the property, though, since they be legally responsible for informing them of the complaint and lawsuit.

The sheriff may post something on the house a few days past the eviction, as well. But that's merely to inform anyone still living there that they will be removed at a guaranteed date; it doesn't indicate when the actual foreclosure went through.

Hope that help.
