Is my manager trespassing?

I attend college in NH and live rotten campus. My landlords love to just show up whenever they surface like it. They never call for or leave a message saw they are coming over. Recently, they have be leaving letters/bills on our kitchen table when not a soul is home and we also have notice that things have be moved/taken. Nothing needs repairing so they enjoy no need to come over. Since the first couple times we notice strange things, we have bought wipe locks for all of the doors and closets to construct sure nothing is stolen while we are gone. The just unexplainable instances of things being moved/taken surrounded by our apartment is when one of their letters shows up. They head off us threatening voice mails dictum they will shut off our electricity, evict us and even nickname our parents (haha). What can I do to stop all this gibberish?

Answers: That's not legal. At adjectives. Read your lease; generally a tenant MUST give written alarm before entering your apartment unless you christen them with something that requests repairing. The only exception is when within is an emergency.

Having said that, I would gather evidence. It's not adequate to say "things here moved." Get true evidence: put a camera up and video cassette; have your neighbors sign a written statement stating that they enjoy seen your proprietor in nearby when you weren't at home.

I would:
1) Contact a lawyer. Let's see where on earth you can go.
2) Call the police and ask them for direction; he is trespassing.
3) Give your landlord a 30 year notice due to his breach of contract. Legally he is not upholding his wrangle. You aren't legally responsible to hold up yours.
Yes they are breaking and entering. They are allowed within to only fix or repair items at your request. Otherwise they hold to give make out that they are coming over. If they continue to come over and enter minus your knowledge/approval or you being near, call the cops and report them for breaking and entering. All homes should be safe and sound from unwanted people.

Best of luck
Move.

No, the tenant doesn't have the right to come and be in motion whenever they wish. Most states hold laws that limitation their access to when there is an blatant emergency and when they give distinguish. Your lease should outline this.

That being said, they probably won't follow the decree anyway, so the only road to stop it is to move elsewhere if you can get out of your lease.
Call your local court. There is a form you can profile. You will get a court date. They can fine the proprietor up to $1000.00 a day for this vandalism. If you come home and there is a notification left phone up the police.
And btw it is against the law for any tenant to threatening eviction. Only the courts can evict you and they have to follow the procedures.hope this help!
