Can broker charges excise to borrower if borrower get out of a loan inside 6 months?
I live in CA and I of late refinanced my condo. My broker told me that there is a 6mo policy. The print I got is this is a lender policy. The tangible story is broker doesn't get commission if the borrower get out of the loan within the 1st 6 months. Now I want to refinance again but my broker threaten to charge me for adjectives the refinance fee (since the wall will ask the broker to pay vertebrae the commission). So the real interview is, can the broker "legally" ask the borrower to sign an agreement that the borrower must stay with the guard for 6mo? I don't see this agreement stated anywhere in my closing bunch but I assume there is one I signed. The loan be no pt no fee.Answers: That is why they would be a prepayment cost included in your loan. Since your pernickety loan does not have one next you are not required to pay any cost. As stated above I would find someone else to help you out
Switch brokers, some brokers will set your loan up to enjoy a prepayment penalty, which allows them to get a higher commission. This is not a requirement, check your older truth in lend form it would state whether or not your current loan has the cost. Either way switch brokers, the one your beside is clearly sketchy and simply wants to cause an overly high commission bad you.
Does HUD housing really provide Equal Housing to adjectives those.?
I recently tried to grasp my family into Hud housing after the Katrina incident that wipe our house away,but I have a crimnal register from 22 years ago I was 18 and get busted with some weed.I do not infer why hud can fill in attendance houses with alot of drug dealer which run to your car swift ,but they will not let a house that has a work history of 20 years of work ethic and weekly income move within .

I think it is crazy to reason you deserve the same protections as the disabled.
Not lone can HUD say , "no criminals" but landlords hold that right too.
HUD housing.. well the one innkeeper lady be wrong. It does not speciallly tailor to the disabled. It tailors to low income family and HUD has help a lot of KAtrina victims. A lot go into play for this. First, what state are you in? There is a long column for the HUD houses, so if your record is bemished more next others, that is probably why they are rejecting you. Some states hold an abundance of HUD housing while others own none.. Second, there are other programs out nearby for you. especially as a Katrina victims. Go to your local social work or FIA office and see what is available for you. I am sure they can sustain and often those lines are profusely shorter and easier to find house. Just to give you an view, here in Michigan the waiting roll for HUD homes is 8 years long! So do some research.
Landlord dilema??
hi - our landlord just now informed us in memorandum that he intends to put rent up. weve been renting for almost a year (it be february last year we moved in)we never signed a contract beside him, we signed one with the letting agent who closed. after that we took it as a oral month to month contract with him. we want to move from the property anyway but its too soon. he say he will reduce the days to head off to 10 days instead of 30, but we cant move there is zilch at the moment (in the way of other properties)
he requests to know whether we are in agreement near it
we are not as we think its too much money for the house, its get an old kitchen, cupboard doors lifeless off, an ancient fridge.
we were near a letting agent but they shut up office (they be dodgy) he has our deposit. do we right to be heard :-
1. yes we are in agreement & agree 2pay if for another few months til we find something else or
2. read aloud no were not consistent

Answers: good grill.. You can do 2 things, agree and pay the rent. Or.. not agree and don't remuneration the rent. He will then evict you. He HAS to confer you 30 days to get out after he submits an enviction contained by written form. So if he just comes over to evict you it doenst expect squat! but if puts it in a memorandum then he have to give you 30 days.. later.. if you still dont leave he afterwards will have to step to court to get you out and they will convey you eviction notices and administer you another 30 days to get out. So essentially you will hold 60 days to get out. plus, look up law in your state, at hand probably is a law that say he has to donate you more notice for making your rent complex. It is most likely something resembling 60 or 90 days. he CANNOT kick you out within 10 or even really 30.
You can legally sign up to make a contribution only one months make out to quit, but get counsel from Citizens Advice (they are free) first. Then approach your landlord.

i thought they have to give you a 30 hours of daylight notice but since you own nothing surrounded by writing, i don't think in attendance is much you can do.
I would guess the agreement you signed with the letting agent is still valid. Agents resembling that are acting on behalf of the landlord... it's like as if you had signed surrounded by front of the landlord. In that skin your could hold the landlord to anything terms are surrounded by that rental contract. If you have a copy show it to the hotelier.
If not your verbal agreement is worth the newspaper it was not printed on. The tenant can do what he wants. You any pay or move.
I would not agree to move out contained by 10 days instead of 30. You could end up moving into a property only just because you run out of time.
You need to see the Citizen's Advice Bureau - they provide free permissible advice.
In the meantime breed sure that you have everything contained by writing from the landlord. Instead of phone call write e-mails or texts, because somehow you obligation to prove what he has said to you..
I reflect you should start looking now and newly agree to the raising of the rent, so long as the proprietor is willing to donate you on a month to month rental basis. It's the simplest solution.

Either pay packet to stay or move out when he wants you to. There's no alternative - paying up will offer you time to look for something else more suitable. Sounds as though you will be well rid of such a dodgy property anyway, so it will eventually work to your benefit. Dont make a payment to the stress of moving if you can manage to compensate. Have you tried to speak with him and offering slightly smaller number than he's asking.. he'll have problems finding another tenant probably, if the place is as you influence, so if you dont ask, you dont get. You get nothing to lose and it could recover you a few bob.
