You need a contractors license. Send a copy of that and a resume to the bank in your nouns.
How do you win oblige when mortgage companys said you didnt retribution your payments and you did settle and they want to?
how do you stop forclosure when you paid your payments but the mound said you didnt and you got the receiptsAnswers: If you salaried, there should be some giving of paper trail showing proof of this. It is your responsibility to hold on to records. Every time I kind my mortgage payment, I achieve a receipt near a transaction number.
how did you make the costs?
I am assuming that it was not within cash. If by personal check, next a cancelled check from your bank, and a statement from your mound showing they cashed your check should do the trick.
Any transactions going form your bank will appear on your mound statement. Seek free legal warning, if you are in the UK you can stir to the C A B, they are very well brought-up.
Show the bank your tally or send them a copy of it. If you rewarded by check, you can do the same beside the canceled check. As long as you have evidence of the pay, you should have no trouble.
No one will foreclose because one recompense is missing. If you are facing foreclosure, the problem is much bigger than one missing payment. Possibly your payments own been going to the wrong place, someone is CD them incorrectly or to the wrong account, or you simply did not cause the payments.
Mortgage companies can't just foreclose on you short lengthy legalized action. The allowed system (courts and judges) will not allow a mortgage company to just arbitrarily transport your home away from you by way of foreclosure.
The mortgage company have to go through a long-winded process that will allow the courts to determine whether or not forclosure is justified. That involves the mortgage company initially sending you a spot of missed payment. At that point you can simply convey them a photo-copy (not the original) of your receipt or receipts, and that should be the call a halt of it.
Someone at their billing office probably purely credited your payments to the wrong account, or they may own sent a missed payment see to you by mistake. The people working within those offices are not necessarily mental giant. They can make mistakes. Just present them a call, and explain that they own somehow made an error because you have receipts of your payments and can provide them beside photocopies if they wish to receive them. But don't distribute them the originals. Explain that minus the originals, you no longer hold proof (unless you turn to your bank picture records as proof).
When you speak to ancestors, ask for their names, so that you can get a record of who you spoke to if this drags on. Usually when you ask inhabitants for their names, and explain you are doing so to be capable of prove later that you tried to resolve the issue, those empire will try very firm to get to the bottom of the problem for you. Be appease, not a hot head, speak to them near respect. Show an interest in getting relief to resolve the problem, and everything should go fine.
Don't lose sleep over this. Mortgage companies can't a short time ago take your home away from you. They hold to follow court system rules, and show proof that they are justified surrounded by trying to do so, and you get your year in court beforehand a judge and you can recount him/her your story if it ever comes to that. Long before a court date is ever set, you finish up receiving correspondence from attorneys and have ample opportunity to show them that there's be a mistake. And before the correspondence from the attorneys, you should receive a number of dunning notice from the mortgage company (notices that your payments have not be received). You'll be able to resolve the issue at that point, which I believe is the point where on earth you are currently.
Just give them a phone or write them a note near a photo copy of your receipts. If they are not scam artists, everything should be fine. And if they happen to be crooks who approaching to take ascendancy of people when they can, they'll realize they can't do it to you because you won't allow yourself to be frightened into submission. What's right is right, and when it comes to your home, within are strong legal rules surrounded by place to protect you because that's a big ticket item and one that the legal system is extremely much aware that criminals would love to steal from you if they could.
If you get the depression that what is happening is a precise scam to try to steal your home from you, tell them you are not stupid and you'll embezzle your story to the newspapers if they don't verbs up their act. Then find another mortgage company to pilfer over your mortgage.
You take the imaged checks from your hill, or the cancelled checks, showing the amounts deducted respectively month to the bank and ask to speak to someone surrounded by authority.
Double check the account number that you should enjoy written on the check to make sure it's the correct one...usually the hill has the money, but sometimes misappropriates it to the wrong tale.
I have read where on earth this has happen to other people...Sometimes if you get part of you transmittal but not all they will not bread your check and send it hindmost. If you already started foreclosure some banks do not even steal your checks unless it is the full amount.Make sure you have the receipts and guard statements and call a attorney. If you take them to court and you are contained by the right make sure you hold them pay your advocate fees in the suit.
