Being evicted from an RV park?

One of my neighbors is being evicted because of a lie back another resident told (that's neither here or there) She was served near the papers on the 12th and was told she HAD to be out by the 19th. Was told that if she be not out by then the manager would move the rv out herself. Can she really do that. My neighbor is trying to get out asap and is afraid that she will come home from work and her trailer will be gone.


Answers: did she sign a contract? what does it right to be heard in it? does she necessitate 7 days notice? or more?

technically they can do that- but it adjectives depends on what conditions they signed the contract.
Yes they can really do that. She was served by an officer of the court and given a specific time frame to vacate. If she doesn't vacate the officer of the court or his agent will own her physically removed

No such entry as "no strings attached". In the end, you enjoy been used. You winding up up as "damaged property". I don't see how that's "no strings attached".

Breaking a lease lower than up to date administration?

I am planning to move 4 months before my lease ends. The single thing I see contained by the contract is that I will forfeit my deposit. New management took over in the region of two months ago. I did not sign a new contract. Is in attendance a possiblilty that I may be penalized contained by any other way?
