Does an cast off residential ABOVE ground grease cistern require removal contained by PA??

Does an old grease tank within a basement of a home call for to be removed? Are there local Govt Agency guidelines that require removal or only closure? The tank is uninhabited since the home is now heated by inherent gas.

Answers: it's deemed flammable and should be removed. if contained by doubt, talk to your insurance culture.
Call your local health dept. but pay attention in how you ask the give somebody the third degree so at to not to open a can of EPA issues that can be extremely expensive to resolve. Good Luck!

An independent movie producer offered $$ to put their lighting apparatus on my roof, how should i respond?

An independant movie producer has offered me 900$ to put their lighting apparatus on the roof on my building for 9 days. Although i realize that they may not enjoy a "George Lucas" like budget, but i do focus that their initial offer is a bit "low ball". My friend accross the street who owns his building as resourcefully, rejected their proposal. All of the surrounding buildings do not have suitable roof lines for the errand, which puts me in a position near a little bit of leverage. What price should I ask for, or counter bestow? Do you think that 2000$ 9 days is appropriate? I appreciate your answers :)

Thank You,
A Lady by the Bay

Answers: Take the money and be relaxed you're getting $900 dollars instead of $0. It's not everyday that movie people want to rent your roof.
I agree beside Cat. You don't have this opportunity normally, and it's $900.00 you didn't have yesterday. Don't be greedy. You might negotiate yourself right out of the opportunity.

PS - I would clear sure they give you the present in writing, and at hand is a clause in nearby indicating their sole liability for any possible damages.though I would not be concerned there will in reality be any damages. But just surrounded by case.

Good luck, and wallow in your 15 minutes!!
#1- Get a contract price for a new roof
#2- Add $900 to that
#3- Tell the indi producer you'll charge him/her $900.00 on the stipulation that they donate you the 900 + the contract amount for the new roof
#4- Tell the indi producer you'll return adjectives but the $900 less the roofers allowance to inspect after the indie people are gone...+ - $ 100.00
Of course, if they injury the roof you'll deduct that money.right?
Is it permitted for you to have lights placed where on earth they want to place the lights? Does the proposed contract include any provision for them to pay any costs to shield you against claims or damages incurred after the lights are removed? Is this "defender" substantial and reliable? Can you contact your local land-use department and get authorization in writing fo this? SHOULD YOUR ROOF LINE BE UNIQUELY QUALIFIED FOR THIS LIGHTING, I WOULD BE PRONE TO ACCEPT THIS OFFER TO PUBLICLY DEMONSTRATE YOUR CONTINUING AVAILABILITY TO TEMPORARILY HOST
LIGHTS. The slightly lower amount of income contained by this instance might only be a slice of the costs for your learning curve. You can rise your prices as your experiences increase and the agencies see benefit from this hype. Look at this from a longer range prospective... Doing this 3-5 times annually and you produce definite enjoyable STEADY leisure income.
Lets see you want to get more money from a low budget movie.
What would occur if they just moved a few houses down and offered like peas in a pod money to them?
Or go someplace altogether? Then that $900.00 would sure look right then. I would be sure that they signed a contract that they would be held liable for any plunder arising out of the use of the roof. Also be sure to get near insurance policy number and call you own insurance company to be sure adjectives of there associates have workers comp. What would begin if someone falls off of your roof?
Cover yourself. $900.00 is surrounded by your pocket and they could sue you for falling off that roof.
Best of luck
I instinctively would take nearby money and have them sign a contract to the above mentioned.
