my family owned a 30acre fish farm up in the hill of north wales many years ago,as i discovered when i be reseaching my family tree,how much would the fish farm be worth now,and how much would it of be in the slow 1800s early 1900s.dont no wat size the house be,and my family dont own it any more.Answers: That is the story of copious families. Answers: The problem is that relatives that overextending themselves are finding out that they are living above their means. If you make 2000 dollars a month and turn buy a house with floating interest and a current Escalade on 24s you are going to have a problem surrounded by no time flat.
And if you are making 10000 a month and go buy 1.15 million house beside floating interest and a couple of Porsche's and take out Loans on the equity on of your house to nouns your lifestyle as well.

Answers: I think it would adjectives be about communication. I would trust someone who ask up front if it would be ok, but I would be for a time leary of someone who just go out and got it and didn't ask.
If specified that you'll be renting a self-contained flat (i.e - one in one piece floor of a property) it's more than likely you'll enjoy your own kitchen.
If you are simply renting a room, it's more than likely that your house will own a kitchen
Some landlords allow 'light-cooking' in your room, but is pretty pointless. Fridges/freezers are an exception. They can be very usefull
