Renting Real Estate Questions and Answers

How undisruptive do you want to be?

About a week ago, I went out after brown to walk my dog. I've lived within the same apartment complex for over 12 years. I be attacked from behind. As a result of this attack, I have a concussion, severe bruising, & a hospital bill that is truly preposterous. I've since found out that people breaking into cars have been a tangible problem that the management never told us give or take a few. Add this to the Peeping Tom problem, the gas out of the tank or 5 finger discount problem, the non-English speaking work crews that stroll into unlocked apartments of single women ONLY, the creep or creeps who expose themselves, purebred dogs being stolen, purses one snatched, etc. Do renting tenants enjoy any rights at all? What rights do you own where you live? How fruitless does a renting tenant have to be hurt back they can break a lease without a cost? Are we safe anywhere? How much of a tenant safety is a hotelier responsible for?

Answers: I'm in the Los Angeles nouns, and becoming a crime victim is a risk we only just have to clutch everyday, which in my belief, is true no matter where on earth you live. Only affluent, up scale areas beside 24-7 private security patrol can claim themselves to be sheltered. I'm surprised your dog didn't bark or growl to alert you of impending danger. Police would not idiosyncrasy you if you carry some munificent of weapon to discourage attackers, like perchance a stick, or a snub-nose 38 revolver. Criminals attack because they see you're defenseless, so we can reason that you invited the attack by not carrying a weapon surrounded by the first place. I don't know about your nouns, but in my nouns, women carry a stick, or mace that's floppy on a pouch, within straightforward reach on their waist belt. The site of the weapon regularly discourages attackers from picking you as their next subject. This is why they're called predators, they prey on defenseless victims, approaching women and senior citizens.
I live in a city to be precise in California (not L.A.) contained by which is one of the worse California cities. We have motor break in's all the time, I enjoy heard of 3 surrounded by the last 2 days. I do live contained by a gated community. I don't go out of my circle at darkness walking etc . As you said it's not your fault and you know to be aware of your surroundings etc. Maybe bring karate to be able to keep yourself. Sorry this happened, hope you are going to be ok!

Which is best to do, pay off a credit card or take the money and pay toward the principle home mortgage?

Answers: Credit cards have a higher interest rate than your mortgage, In many cases 19.9 % that's pretty much 20% or $200 on every $1000. If you pay that off that will give you extra money each month to SAVE. The interest on your mortgage is a tax deduction. Your credit card interest is a liability and not deductable. Then save up enough to pay down your mortgage from what you would loose on the interest and payments you no longer have to pay out on the credit cards .
NOW, Warren...doesn't that seem like the right thing to do?
Credit Card.

Principle isn't going to make much difference.
Look at your truth in lending statement.
