HiMy dad purchased a flat off the council surrounded by 2002. He was the council tennant since 1997 but he lived next to his girlfriend in a different house so I've lived within the flat since 1997.
In 2002, my dad & I decided to buy the flat, we both go on the mortgage (I had to, my dad be 60 at the time, now retired) and I own paid it from daylight 1, as well as adjectives bills, taxes etc in my dub...
