It sounds all right to me. Ask yourself how long you'll be there. Is your infant also a girl? If not, it may work for a couple years, but beyond that probably not.

You might know how to if you find the right landlord. I wouldn't rent. Just the toys for 3 children would crowd a 2 bedroom apartment.

Telling the public her name, number and company she works for. Have something catchy so people remeber her. Also e-mail out flier to people surrounded by her nieghborhood. Let them know that she is in the business and anything that they may obligation, to give her a give the name. Call family and friends, consent to them know. Get referals. This is a hard one but run door to door. PROMOTE YOURSELF.

im looking at a bank owned house explicitly listed method under import tax value, but it have bad mold on every wall surrounded by the basement and even surrounded by some rooms upstairs. im buying the house to flip so to speak and sell. i plan on gutting the complete house anyways so is this somthing i can resolve myself by removing sheet rock and insulation. It would be in your best interest to disclose the information to a potential buyer, and documentation from a certified company would aid ease their worries. I don't know the cost (never have anyone actually brave satisfactory to purchase a home infested with mold), but you can check near local companies. Same goes for building codes, check near the local building department where the property is located.
