Answers: Quickly is a vague word. Are you looking for 24 hours? Not sure what Quickly defines into for you. There is no quick way to sell a timeshare. Companies that guarantee it to sell in a set period of time, RUN and RUN QUICKLY.

Truthfully it depends on the property you have. If it's a Marriott property that you are trying to sell and you only want $1000 I bet it will sell rather quickly.

As for Timeshareonly, I never see their ads on the internet. I have see the commercials but it doesn't make sense to me. They have commercials trying to get more sellers to use their service but never seen a property actually advertised on TV for them. Nor have I seen a commercial attracting buyers.

When I did my research I searched "buy a timeshare" on all the major search engines and found Buyatimeshare.com was all over the place paid advertising and the search results below that. To me if I am selling I don't want a company that advertises to sellers (I understand they have to to gain business) but I am trying to sell my timeshare so I want buyers going to the site my property is advertised on.

I sold my Manhattan club in 6 weeks, while I am sure this is more because of the property and is not the normal if you own a Westgate. But I did a lot of research and found on Alexa.com, compete.com and ranking.com they have the most traffic period.

Timesharesonly.com is one of the bigger and most heavily advertised companies for this. Good luck though.

What to do just about Harrasement from neighbor who is on power trip?

I live in an small apartment community, and enjoy had several complaints concerning one neighbor, this woman who is on a powertrip. Now why I read out powertrip is because she apart of the apartment management board ( not sure how to explain, in attendance is board for the apartment community that oversee's things, almost like what a housing neighborhood would own, hope that makes sense). Anyways, this woman have begun to harrasse adjectives the neighbors from patio furniture, to how masses plants you can have essential your door step, to if you leave your dog unleashed for 10 second (a dog became loose from the leash and run off for a few seconds), to someone getting arranged for work and leaving their trash on the stoop for 10 mintues, she's even have 3 sets of neighbors live underneath her and move within a trustworthy time frame just to achieve away from her harrassments, she sends out a charge of atleast $25. My question is can anything be done give or take a few this? Any law suit slop under this jurisdiction? Thank you


Answers: She is the apartment cop. All she is doing is enforce the rules, so she isn't breaking any laws. The best bearing to handle her is to demote her by getting involved contained by the community board and voting her out of office.

In the denote time, remember that if she cites you for an infraction, that doesn't mean she can solely convict you and force you to payment a fine.
Find out what it takes to replace and or to out number her on the Apartment running board. Did this twice on college student associations to reallocate the budgets from student fees. Surprisingly trouble-free if you are in the right since most folks
