Has anyone else have trouble beside Richardson Equities LLC?
We recently tried to work near this company to purchase a home for us. What experiences have anyone else have? In the end they took our money, gone us homeless and won't respond to any communication. Has anyone been successful getting thier money final?http://richardsonequitiesllc.com
Answers: I believe I'm soon to be in the position you've be in. On the 7th of Jan < I pursuaded my husband > we hand over our deposit of $3,000. with the concerned of course that Richardsons Equities LLC would be purchasing the house we want contained by another state with the 'misrepresentation I believe'. We be told at the time after I asked several questions to telephone call the next daytime < I had received the answers until that time issuing the check of course, > however the subsequent day STILL HASN'T COME...as I own left several messages and emails not all the same replied to by them. I physically went to the organization after leaving a fairly NASTY message only to find not a soul there. I will be on Tuesday ( Monday is holiday for gov' agencies> be doing the 'complaint' next to attorney generals' office, dept' of justice' rut 12 news investigators and anyone/or place that may sustain. This guy slid right under my radar which that contained by itself ticks me off to no finishing <no one have EVER been competent to before> but has put my husband and myself within one heck of a 'livelyhood' mess. The deposit money that we handed over be suppose to and should have gone to renew my husbands contractors license/bond/insurance,,,but this "HELP TO PURCHASE" be so inviting we went for it..It' may rob me awhile, but I WILL GET OUR MONEY BACK...As I verbally said on the final message to the owners cell phone,,,,don't make me pocket this to another level....

Wer'e surrounded by Oregon City Or and their office freshly relocated from Portland/on Sandy blvd to this one on Sunnyside <right down the hall from an attorney I fired contained by 2006...so he even knows what type of crap I will or will NOT tolerate and I will not tolerate any scam or liars. Jeremy steals from his investors as well. He have me purchase his vaction home and told me that he was going to lease to own it to a couple who owned a business.
He is living the lofty life on other peoples pious credit.
It is very disheartning when you deliberate you are helping people procure into a home and your are really helping a leach live above his means.
I would enjoy to say that everyone who have been taken should report him to the FBI, Realestate commissioner/board, attorney broad, police etc. If enough individuals shout loud enough he will be stopped!

We had troubles too. We placed our down-payment on a attractive new home within Sherwood. We were told that our monthly lease expense would not go over a price that we know we could afford. Jeremy and his real-estate agent told us to go ahead and move into the home previously finalizing the lease-to-own documents. Jeremy kept re-scheduling our lease signing...once we finally got him on the phone one-sidedly we were told our monthly transfer of funds was $2000 more than we be originally told. We should have agreed this because Jeremy would never put anything in writing when we initially started the agreement with his company. We have to move out of the home 3 weeks after moving in. My oldest child and I have to move into a spare room at my parents while my husband crashed on a sofa in eugene as to be exact where he have been working. What a creep...I know that I didn't feel comfortable around this guy at adjectives...I assumed it was the my moods and morning sickness that go along with pregnancy. I hope that Jeremy is stopped and that everyone that have been hurt by his greed finds pallid at the end of this dreariness.
My mortgage loan officer is sharing my personal financial information near my existing estate agent is this lawful?

I would not do business beside this guy. Now your real estate agent know how much he can milk you for a large commission.
