In the Bay area CA ( pittsburg). I know I should ask some question. Should I just jump down the line surrounded by the phone book or is there a apposite site?

No, if you don't hold to, don't go thru the wan pages. Go by word of mouth. Talk to coworkers, friends & familial that have bought houses contained by your area. Ask them if their agent be good and if so, ask for the phone number.

I currently enjoy the child watchfulness assistance program, I am up for renewal...?

I currently have the child perfectionism assistance program I am up for renewal to determinei if i still qualify for it. I recently get married in summer of 2007. If I use my husbands income I will not bring the assistance anymore. I guess my question is will I bring back caught if I just submit my income contained by. Please I need adjectives the advice I can go and get..


Answers: If you lie it is FRAUD which is a crime. The easiest passageway for the government to determine if you are married or not is by the process you file your taxes, so if you report as single they will likely verbs to think you are single. But becareful, they might already know give or take a few the marriage!
Did you money your name? If so they are kinda gonna concentration that on your paycheck stub, then they are gonna want to know when you get married and why you didn't report that back contained by the summer when you got married. Then you are gonna own to pay afterwards back everything you own used up till now.

Of course if your heading didn't change and they don't know you get married I don't see how they could find out unless someone else calls and tell them or you tell them.

Although I surmise it is kinda wrong to get something you DON'T qualify for. Someone other woman may own been denied bring there wasn't satisfactory funding and you just want to salvage a few bucks.
Hypothetically saying (because I am not within no way, shape or form describing you to do this or consider doing this, totally hypothetically) if you had different end names after it would be harder to catch. The single problem are the consequences if someone did get caught doing it. I believe at the highly least you would enjoy to pay any monies, a fine, and you wouldn't know how to apply for some period of time. Also, if I am not mistaken, a daycare provider may own already told them of the marriage. So that would be another entity that the hypothetical person would stipulation to know.

Rent check cashed stating for rent, applied against university fees, is this court?

I'm in California, and I've submitted rent checks to the cashier's department of the university I'm attending. Each check states, "<apartment complex name> Rent" on it. Instead of applying the checks to rent, they applied it against a couple of financial aid bills, from financial aid that got unapplied nearly a year ago. Now, they're proverb I didn't pay my rent and are trying to evict me. Each check be cashed. If the check was cashed stating "<apartment complex name> rent" on it, doesn't that constitute approval of the agreement, and they have to use the money for rent? Also, my housing contract does not state that my university fees hold to be paid within full and/or in upright standing. It is just the cashier's department who decided to apply rent checks against other fees. Should they own had to apply the checks against rent? What is the luggage law and/or statute number?

Answers: If the University and the stop lord of the property you rent are the same entity afterwards it is their discretion as to how to apply any payments received from you. Obviously it is in their best interest to apply it towards previous debt over future rent and in that isn't much you can do about it. Sorry.
I'd check next to a realty place, laywer or something. It sounds sketchy and make sure your read adjectives the fine details of your financial agreements with the college.
