Animals surrounded by apartments?

Hey guys, I am looking to move out in a few months for my first time out of home :p

Just considered necessary to know, if apartments say "no pets" do they unanimously mean no cats or dogs, I am wanting to bring back a guinea pig and am not sure if asking them about one will barricade my chances or should I a moment ago sneak one in - do you presume they would know?

Thanks heaps!

Answers: You should ask and have them put it contained by the lease, just within case.

Do not sneak it surrounded by. One of these days the proprietor will have to come contained by for something and the little squeaker will be hard to covering.
Generally, "no pets" means no pets. However, some properties do engineer exceptions for caged animals. It's worth asking about.

Of course, you could sneak a caged animal surrounded by. It would be pretty easy to salt away. Landlords usually have to provide finance notice for entry, so you would usually have plent of time to stockpile it in a closet or somewhere. However, you risk a termination become aware of if the landlord make an emergency entry or somehow finds out about the pet.
No dogs or cats but gorilla are allowed.

What is the process for a short Dutch auction on your property?

Who do you contact??

Answers: You need to contact your lender and have a chat to them. In most cases, they will want the money due them before they will issue the release of mortgage. You can deal in for whatever you can procure, but will still probably have to bring the match due to closing.
Talk to a local Realtor. Typically your lender won't tell you they will lug less unless they hold a signed contract in front of them...even consequently sometimes they take a long time to opt.
