Who 'owns' the crawlspace beneath my townhouse?
I 'own' my townhouse.twice a year the HOA sends someone to my house to go into my crawl space to turn off/on the wet for the the sprinklers.
Personally i dont like to hold strangers go into my house... into my storage.
Could i convey them I dont want them in my house and they have need of to relocate the valve/on-off thingy for the water?
Or do they own beneath my house?
Answers: I contemplate the answer would lie surrounded by the means of egress for the crawl space. Is it accessible from the interior of your home or one and only the exterior? If you can access it from the interior although uninhabitable it would probably be deemed subdivision of your living space and illegal for them to enter this space minus your permission. If you can one and only access it from the exterior than I would say it is a adjectives area shared by the community. Either instrument you should let the association know it bothers you because you store your belongings here. If this is the case next to other residents they will all probably vote to own the valve moved. Good Luck.
The answer lies within the legal description of your property. Usually near townhouses you own only as far out as the drywall of your element. Everything outside of that (or between you and the next unit) is considered "adjectives elements" and you only own a small percentage of those depending on how tons units are within the entire complex. You need to check your survey, or closing documents from when you bought the property to find out if you own the crawlspace or not, but usually they would be adjectives elements, and the association has every right to dance in in attendance if needed.
Can a Landlord evicted you during winter months with health condition?
Answers: If you havent payed your rent for a long time, yes.
If he can get a judge to sign an eviction order, he can evict you on Christmas Day while you are in ICU.

Bad credit, necessitate to rent a place, can I?
I have horrible credit due to medical bills and will soon be file bankruptcy, me and my boyfriend are almost outta college and have need of to get a place. He have good credit and I stipulation to know the best way to progress about this seeing as how my credit sucks.Answers: The easiest method to go in the region of this is as another responedr said, to rent something in your boyfriend's cross. Unfortunately, many relations require that the names of every personality living in the residence over the age of 18 be on the lease. This is protection for them if something happen (you and your boyfriend break up, leave the apartment earlier the lease term expires, you inflict damage to the part, failure to pay packet rent). If they only own your boyfriend's name on the lease afterwards they can only progress after him for unpaid rent and damages. It also holds him in full financial responsibility if you two break up. This may be okay next to both him and the rental company; however, if they have income requirements that he will not join alone then he will not qualify for the apartment. I would suggest that if a innkeeper requires both names to be on the lease that you explain your credit situation and bestow to pay an extra month of shelter to help compensate. Most landlord's are accepting of this arrangement.
Don't profile for bankruptcy for medical bills! They will work next to you to pay them rotten, and most of the time apartment owners do not consider medical bills as bad credit.
