Any ways to achieve energy effeciency of social housing?

Answers: Single family housing can be more expensive for energy per person than multi-family housing because only the outside walls lose the heat. Also the closer to a cube in shape the building is the more energy is saved. But if the multifamily housing is not designed well the energy savings can be lost by poor insulation, wasteful water fixtures and thermostats set too high etc. etc. Of course designing a happy society into the floor plans is very important too.
change your lite bulbs to energy efficient also put TVs,appliances, computers on surge protectors that way you can shut off the power when things aren't on, lower you heater.I changed the lites in my business 13 bulbs and it saved me $30.00 on my bill.hope this helps

Title company?

Well im in the process of buying a house within Cleveland and we were supposed to close on the 16th but the title company keep delaying and we be supposed to close today and they said maybe contained by the next couple of days very soon is this common for the title company to do this and are some title companies better than others thats why its taking so long?

Answers: It could be a problem beside the title company, but I'll bet it's a problem somewhere else along the line. I currently work for a title company, and when a closing is set beside us, the only style it cancels is if the loan papers don't come within, or an emergency for the buyer or seller, something along those lines. I one time have to reschedule a closing, but I had emergency surgery, and I am the closer within our office. I've be doing this for 32 years. Call the title company and ask what the problem is. I'll bet you find out that it's not a problem with them, but somewhere else along the strip. I've had numerous times where on earth the lender sets the closing, and then cancel and reschedules because they don't have adjectives their paper work surrounded by order (I once have a closing rescheduled 10 times, and the borrowers thought it was me rescheduling). Several times I've have buyers mad because the date on the contract for closing wasn't intended, when some issue came up. If you phone and find out it is the title company, ask to have the closing somewhere else. Generally if it is a principal title company, you can close at any of their offices. Good Luck
I doubt that the title company is holding this up, it is typically the lender. Usually the title company is the first one all set to go.

The merely thing I can presume of that would involve the title company is if there is a problem obtain clear title, i.e. trying to clear up some liens or tax debts or other clouds on title. In directive to insure clear title, the title company has to hold all the issues resolved past they can issue title to you.

Call them and ask what the issue is.
