Are rates the same for investment properties vs the home you call your primary residence?
Answers: No, they are higher, the investment is at a much higher risk of depreciation.
But, it still depends on your credit. I pay less on my investments then most on their homes.
Yes, investment properties have higher rates AND higher downpayment requirements.
However, it DOES NOT HAVE TO DO WITH depreciation. :(
Investment property are a great risk to the lender. Just look at the numbers that are going under now.
NOTE: DO NOT say that the property will be your primary residence and then just rent it out. That will land you in hot water. At settlement, you will sign paperwork that you are going to live in the property.
Not usually, they are a little higher.
Isn't Home-Ownership within America more of an False Illusion than Reality?
Please HEAR me out before you answer!!Last summer I required to get rid of a small 8x10 backyard shed, I have to ask permission from our local county political affairs...after 4 weeks they sent an "offical" out to look at my 1 acre lot and told me NO on our planned 12x14 shed we wanted. (Welcome to "Free" America"
In December I want to build a wall contained by our basement to close sour an area for storage...once again the "owners of America" come out to look at my plan (they REQUIRE THEIR permission first) after paying the $89 JUST to ask for consent they told me NO...they didn't like the opinion. They said it closes off the underground room too much ...IN MY HOME!
I spoke to a county commisioneer on the phone last week...I told him that I repay YOU $390 PER Month in property taxes and I want to do to my property what I required to...after a heated exchange he told me that IF I didn't pay property taxes/RENT you will find out who REALLY owns and controlls that property.
HIS EXACT WORDS.
Answers: Velcome to AmeriKa.
within every country state province city town , u and i pay tribute/extortion to 'public' official for the privilege of living here.
since AmeriKa is working its way into Socialist/Fascist state win ready to reimburse more.
Most AmeriKans will be lead to slaughter to some extent than learning around the bigger picture . No not the TV it is a drug of the masses.
as for the crypt thing, building codes as for ur safekeeping . check them out.
as for the shed, try two 6x7 lean-to sheds on house (not actually attached).
Sounds to me approaching you need to move to a unmarked county. Why did they tell you no to the shed? Why did they describe you no to the wall in your crypt? See, we don't have the unbroken story here. We don't know if you planned to make that shed an outhouse. We don't know that you wouldn't create a dungeon surrounded by your basement to lock relations up. In most cases their guidelines are for safety of the public, yes I said public.
I detest to tell you this, but it is easier to ask for forgiveness than it is to ask for blessing.
Housing markets are cyclical and it is a buyers marketplace..Looked at the region you want to buy in California is on mart and you may get as much as 100,000 discount, Phoenix and Las Vegas as economically. New York is the most expensive. You may tried some different ways to buy..like rent beside option to buy or lease a existing home or condo that a salesperson can't sell and testing the water -- asked for a first refusal..

The Proprietor, as Manager is only someone that works for the brewery and the tenant is the Licensee who has a lease from the brewery - I do alike as you only by phone.
